Cincotti Tile was not responsive at all! I was asked one question and then I was ghosted!! I initially called Cincotti Tile and their voice message asked that I submit the specs of the work I needed done via their website. I did this. This part was easy. Within a day, I received an email asking me to send over pictures and any design drawings, which I do have. I sent the pics and info requested and then nothing! I followed up with t hem twice, leaving a week in between follow ups, but nothing. Now, I understand that following challenges exist, including most contractors and professionals being very busy with a lot of work, the large size tile I want to use may be challenging, etc., however, the lack of response is just very unprofessional overall.

These guys did fantastic work. We had them tile the floor and tub in our upstairs hall bath and they were friendly and professional and took really great care to keep the hall and stairs clears and clear. The tile came out even better than we had hoped and we are just so pleased with the outcome. Could not recommend this company enough. Awesome communication and responsiveness, everyone was personable and friendly, and superb quality of work. 5 stars, two thumbs up, A+, whatever other superlative you can think of. These guys are amazing. They renovated our very outdated bathroom, recommended what would look good, and got it done fast!!! Highly recommend and we will be hiring them to tile our backsplash for the kitchen!!! Thank you Nick and the rest of the guys for all your hard work. Much appreciated!!! Thorlton Family
