Order before hand over phone to avoid waiting. The food is good. Good ambience. Great place to enjoy some beer and wings.

Terrible service. Ordered takeout online and it said my order would be ready by 7pm. It wasn't. They said about 10 to 15 minutes. Nope. At about 7:45 pm some other employee came over to me. He noticed I was there a long time. He asked the 2 employees at take-out if my order was ready. It wasn't. He went in the back and brought out my order. But it was totally wrong. Finally I got my order at 8:05. 1 hour and 5 minutes late. The employee said they reheated the chicken which sounded weird to me. Got home to cool chicken. Not hot, not warm. Worst thing no employee said sorry for my 65 minute wait. It was not busy there and yet it took forever. Very disappointed.

I've been to this BWW before and it was fine but today was awful. I wish I could chalk it up to short staffing but there were more employees working than customers. We sat at the bar and our bartender was barely around to serve us but was busy serving a friend/coworker beer and sitting with him and the other workers. Everyone should have breaks but just let me know so I can order first. Bad service.

I've been a customer of this branch for over seven years now. Always stellar service. Haven't been there since the pandemic started. Today I came in and the head waiter (who came towards us mumbling words it took us a while to understand) took us to our table. Without following up by telling us if we would like something or that the waitress/waiter would be with us in a second, she immediately turned her back against us and kept chatting with the rest of what is seemed to be the ENTIRE staff, since they were all wearing uniforms, sitting on the table next to us, chatting out loud and not serving the three other customers, including us. My wife and I didn't think twice before immediately leaving the place without coming back so soon.
