Denise Simmons: Allstate Insurance

Waste of time. Long time Allstate customer but had to switch car insurance when moving to MA because of a lack of any customer service. Called Denise 8 times and never got a person. Geico picked up on first ring. Not a good look Allstate.

Denise has been my insurance agent for 4 years. I have been trying to get in touch with her for the last three months. I have left multiple voice messages, emails, and tried to book an appointment on her website. I have yet to hear back from her. I'm wondering if a wellness check might be in order? Update: It looks like her daughter passed away in August 2023. Seems like she has been taken some time away from her business without letting her customers know. I would consider another agent if you're just moving to the area.

I called several times to transfer my registration from out of state. I left voicemails and she never called back. I finally requested to schedule an appointment and she didn't get back to me after several days so I showed up at the requested time and the office was completely closed, with no response on the phone when I called the number on the door. She has been completely uncommunicative and I have already switched to a different local agent.

DO NOT select this branch as your Allstate agency! I have moved from out of state and require documentation from my insurance to register my car in Massachusetts. I have been trying for MONTHS to contact my agent to get more information on what I need. NO ANSWER. I have been sending countless emails. NO ANSWER. I even went to the office in person and scheduled an appointment! NO ONE WAS THERE! Zero stars. I am now changing my agency as we speak.
