As a family-owned staffing business with nearly 30 locations spread throughout the country, managing Marathon Staffing's online presence has been an area of opportunity that we've been looking to address for a while. As a service provider to both our candidates and employer partners, we understand the importance of maintaining Marathon's image as a leader in the staffing industry and that our online presence is often the first touchpoint that our team members engage with. We decided to enlist the help of a digital consultant and ultimately reached out to Jesse Erhartic given his prior experience running the digital marketing for other established multi-location businesses. After an in-depth discussion around our current digital strategy and existing roadblocks, Jesse ran a full digital audit of our business and put together a roadmap that will address our deficiencies while working within our budgetary and technical limitations. The first project Jesse implemented was to clean up inconsistencies in Marathon's online presence. We were able to correct thousands of inaccurate business listings across the web (incorrect phone numbers, addresses, business hours, etc.) and we can now track candidate engagement and feedback across dozens of key sites, in real-time, from within a single dashboard. Given the insights we've already gained from this initial project, we look forward to working with Jesse on additional projects within his roadmap as we look to improve on our digital advertising efficiency and hone our online lead generation efforts.

Jesse has been a great resource whenever I have questions about digital marketing for my company, J&J Painting LLP. As a business owner, most of my time is spent running the business, so I don't have time to keep up on the latest digital marketing trends. One of the first things Jesse did for us was run an audit where he quickly discovered a bug that was preventing our website from showing up in Google's search results. Rather than charge us to fix it, he provided clear instructions on how to resolve the issue ourselves and our site is now showing up on Google. He also provided a list of other issues and we've been working together to fix them. Jesse does a great job at breaking things down in a way that is easy to understand - it's nice to have someone like him looking out for us and I would recommend his services to any small business owner.
