    I just hired them for a bachelorette party this passing weekend, and we booked was the Chrysler 300 and the Escalade was out their totally caught us of guard they had hooked us up with a bigger limo it was very nice of them, the driver was very professional and funny, nice we loved him a.k.a Dr. Phil Id defiantly would book with them again.

    I rented a party bus for my fiancés birthday and in the contract, it stated that there was a $300 PER stain charge, not one flat fee, but PER stain. With that being said, I would expect to get a party bus free of stains, since $300 per stain is plenty of money to remove them. Well, I get on the bus and notice huge vomit stains on the window shades. How are you going to charge $300 PER STAIN and then have the audacity to send a party bus out with huge vomits stains in it?? First of all, that is just absolutely disgusting, second, what kind of business allows a vehicle in that condition to be sent out and used? I sent an email the following day about how displeased I was with the condition of the bus, and here we are 4 days and two emails later, and they have yet to respond. Ignoring a customer complaint about the condition of the bus is so unprofessional, Im not being unreasonable, nor was I rude. And to top it off, they charge a 5% fee to use a card. Thats absolutely ridiculous for this type of business; prices start in the hundreds, yet youre going to make your customers pay a 5% fee to use a card?? I wouldve had to pay an additional $50 just to use my card. The driver was professional and I have no complaints about him.

    To say we are less than pleased with the outcome is an understatement. The driver that you sent was very nice, polite and professional, I have nothing bad to say about him. Our issue comes out to the vehicle that you dispatched to us. In our contract and our original discussion we were told we were getting the Lincoln MKT (which is a SUV). When the driver showed up in a Chrysler 300 limo was quite a shock and disappointment. The main reason why we went with your company is because of the vehicle we were getting. It would have been easier for my wife to get in when she was fully dressed and it would have been more comfortable for the 30 minute drive for both parties. We also chose your company due to previous times we used your company and a family friend recommendation. I am looking for some sort of discount due to the wrong vehicle being sent and also for the condition of the limo it was in. The window tint was rippled, the visor (as shown below) was having the suede fall off. We reached out to the company to explain our displeasure and look for some solution. We were then told a MKT is not a SUV and there is nothing they are going to do. If there was just a apology this review would have been 4 stars. Instead we were told that even though our contract stated a Lincoln MKT it did not state it had to be a SUV. The earlier wedding that had the vehicle we originally reserved and had on our contract was running late so we were left with a limo that was in less than desirable shape. All in all go elsewhere, look at reviews. There is a reason this company stands at a 3.8 star review.
