I discovered that my well pump was running then shutting off and then coming back on a minute later. I called Brown Drilling at 8:04 AM 3/29/2021 and they were out here at 9:00AM less than an hour later. We found the issue talked about a resolution and by 11:30 my problem was solved. The price for the work was very reasonable. I would recommend Brown Drilling to anyone that is having a well problem.

I woke up to no water on a Friday morning and checked the pump. Turns out the pressure switch was not working. After waiting hours for a response call from other drilling companies, I called Brown and explained the problem. They advised me it was a simple fix to replace the pressure switch and they could sell me one. I drove to Brown and purchased the switch for a very reasonable price. While purchasing it the Brown's representative gave me some good tips on what to do while replacing the switch and I was able to use the information to quickly and successfully replace the switch and get the pump operating. Many services would try to pressure you into hiring them to fix a simple problem but Brown didn't do that. I'll use them if I have problems in the future.

Called with a question about my well, Bud asked some questions and gave me some ideas as to what might be wrong, and that the switch may need to be changed. Was very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I have a groundwater heat pump, so do not want to wait till it quits. Bud is great. When I need a new pump, Brown will be the ones I call. Thank you.
