        April 2nd I rented a pontoon for a bachelorette party that was going to be on August 28th. A few days before the party I called to confirm we were all good with the reservations and waiver. This is how I found out they switched lakes, by the address on Google search while looking for their phone number. No one called to inform us of this change and when I complained about it being switched without notice all they asked was "so are you not going to be able to make it". Super irritating with the customer service of this call. It wasn't about not making it to the reservations it was about them switching cities and lakes on us without saying anything.
