Arrow arrived in northeastern Michigan shortly after a tornado blew through the area in the spring of 2022. The storm left many many roofs in need of replacement and/or repair. A lot of roofing companies do go where the storms go, and Arrow was not alone in Presque Isle, MI, in terms of competition, both from local companies as well as from other "storm chasing" roofing companies. I entertained various proposals, and by far, Trenton Wisecup and his crew were the best to work with. They are efficient in terms of quotes, process beginning to end, and response times, when needed. Trenton proactively reached out to me various times throughout our engagement to let me know where we were in the lineup, to send pictures of the job during the replacement, and to simply check in and ensure my satisfaction with his services and his team. Based on my experience with other companies who were quoting for us, one of whom I am still awaiting a response from and it's now August and my roof is fully replaced by Arrow, Trenton's approach shows that he cares about his clients, he wants his projects to be successful, he understands the value of word of mouth recommendations, and he genuinely loves his job. I honestly do not think we would have had anywhere near as good of an experience if we'd chosen another company, and I recommend Arrow, and especially Trenton, to anyone who is in the unfortunate position of needing a new roof. Arrow Roofing has been great. They repaired our roof from hail storm damage. The work crew finished in two days (2 roofs), cleaned up extremely well, minor damage to my garden. Highly recommend this company!! Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

We worked with Neftaly Vasquez, who was very professional and followed through in a timely manner on getting a new roof put on our cottage. The Arrow crew were incredibly hard workers, thorough and polite. Things were so cleaned up when they left, that one wouldnt know a roofing crew had even been here!
