If they had zero stars I would give her zero stars. Whatever you do, don't buy insurance from this agent. She could care less about your business, good luck getting in touch with her. As she said to me "we're just the middle man, talk to State Farm about your issue." You have all been warned.

I got my home owners insurance balance due notice from state farm. It says to be paid by mortgagee. We already paid off the mortgage which I told them about last year. All I want is the bill and I've been trying to contact my agent for days. Phone rings and rings. no answer. no voice mail. called customer service which is very hard to do because they don't list a customer service phone number on line. you have to call claims and then-they will transfer you. the girl at customer service said she would leave and e-mail for her. she never returned the e-mail. I am really annoyed. fortunately we have only had one small claim before. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. thinking about changing to new company
