I was approached with big smiles from Laura and I knew right away I was in the right place. My salesman Jason was super informative and not pushy at all. A huge plus for me! He went out of his way to make this as stress-free as he could. Nick in finance was easy to talk to and made the process simple. I’ve decided, in advance to purchase my next vehicle here as well!

    I received an email from your dealership with a coupon for a $39.00 oil synthetic oil change. I scheduled the appointment and took the 45 minute drive from my home to the dealership. I even brought a friend along. When I went to redeem the coupon, there was obviously an issue and I was given several different reasons as to why the coupon was not valid. The cashier got three other members of the dealership staff to come over and discuss the coupon. I was confused and upset that a simple transaction was becoming a major and very public matter. I was told it was not for synthetic oil (despite it saying explicitly on the coupon that it was for synthetic oil). They went through several decision makers and eventually offered to take $10.00 off the price. By this time, I was very embarrassed and felt that my friend and others thought that I was trying to commit some fraud or something. Honestly, the money I saved was not worth the embarrassment. It is very confusing as to why you would send me an advertisement and then refuse to honor it. Given the experience, I am looking for options to have my truck serviced elsewhere. To this point, I have enjoyed the service at Nissan of Picayune and felt it well worth the extra effort to drive almost an hour for the service. However, this last visit changed my impression of the dealership. I am a very disappointed formerly loyal customer.

    Wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Have purchased several vehicles from here this will be my last one. Partly my fault because I shouldn’t have allowed myself to be rushed. Said several times will think on it overnight. Word of Advice take your time and don’t be pressured… cause even offering an huge down payment to upgrade want be allowed
