Jeff Mitchell Lighting

I hired Jeff Mitchell Lighting after seeing a sign in a neighbor's yard and loving the lights on their home. They have a large home with many dimensional elements and various roof lines. The lighting design was absolutely stunning with no noticeable shadows. I knew if they could light up that house then they'd do great with my home. Boy was I right. They came out promptly after I called and set up sample lights to show me how my home would look once installed. They nailed it. The trees in my yard have never looked more beautiful and I'm actually able to see along my walkway where I've tripped countless times before from lack of lighting at night. I've also signed up for their holiday lighting services which got me 20% off both installs. They're coming this week to put up my holiday lights and garland and I can't wait to see how it looks! Definitely hire Jeff Mitchell Lighting if you want professional service and high quality lighting. I couldn't be happier!

The Jeff Mitchell Lighting Company was so great to work with. Our front porch was always so dull and sometimes hard to navigate in the dark. We wanted more light to illuminate our house without it looking tacky or overbearing. Jeff did an excellent job at listening to our needs and I am so impressed with the work he and his crew have done! I would recommend them if you're looking to make your home more inviting!

I am so pleased with the work done by the Jeff Mitchell Lighting Company! The whole process was a delight and the crew was funny, polite, and very knowledgeable about the install. I was worried about the possibility of the lights tearing up my yard, however, you can't even tell where the intall happened. The work looks amazing and I've already began recommending them to my neighbors!

This guy is LEGIT! Stylish, first class lighting, done at a homeboy's price! Great to light up anyone's yard! I cannot be more pleased with my walkway to my pool. Now I don't have to worry about tripping on my way for a late night dip! What was good: 1) The price - they offer a fair price with great results 2) Customer service - I never had a hard timem gettting a hold of Jeff or the install crew 3) Time - they did what they said they were going to do in the time they said it would take - plus plus plus! Now, I just need a wife/girlfriend to make my pool even better! Any takers????...

I'll save you some heartache here, go with a more reputable company. Jeff Mitchell is a slimy blowhard who will screw you over faster than you can blink. He doesn't even have his own people. The one time we used him, even his contracted installer that he hired for that day didn't have anything nice to say about him. When the job wasn't done right, all he cared about was getting paid. Three years ago they came highly recommended and I signed up for a three year lighting display which was basic and mainly involved white light strands in the front bushes and a larger light strand around the roof lines. Year one and two were average . The installers are subcontractors and generally arrived after or near Thanksgiving . They run the wires , hang lights and move on. This year they placed the strands in the front bushes and along the roof lines. Simple white holiday lights..nothing high tech , and I really didn't design some moving artistic display...just simple white lights...to accent an architectural ,plain, modern accent. The concept is to have them store, hang and take down strands of lights. This year, half of the front bushes , with the cheapo , strands, lost the lights after last Monday. We called last Thursday and they promised to remedy the matter. After Saturday with no response, I examined the front strands and they are average cheap strands from wal mart or similar . Not sure if a deer knocked the plug off or they just died. After further looks...the fancier lights along the roof line have about 20% burn out before thy have been up two weeks. If I had the time or energy I would just rip this crap,out. I have seen better displays on strip clubs in Brooklyn , illinois. In practice, a holiday lighting specialty company might have spare bulbs or some one to swing by and see how the shit looks. I really don't care about the service agreement or these clowns by now. I suppose it's abandoned scrap material and I will need to remove it. But..save your aggravation and enjoy the season...just do not assume Mitchell Holiday Lighting gives a damn...happy holidays... Anyone want to start a holiday lighting operation business next year..???I know Mitchell has many unhappy clients.
