We ordered a headstone for my wife in July 2021. No communication from the company until I called in the fall of 2022. They told me the supplier of the stone was back ordered but they would cancel the original order and place the order with a different company. The stone was installed mid December 2022. We werent notified that had happened. This delay and total lack of communication was very hurtful for my family. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances.

Never would I have ever thought a business that deals with grieving families be so completely and unbelievably disrespectful. Lindsey at the Springfield MO location is only worried about one thing and empathy isn't it. After making three trips including the final decision trip with our son's family to find the right headstone for his final resting place I walked out of their "showroom" when she called us ridiculous. We didn't want to compromise. Her pushy sales approach and smack you on the forehead technique was so offensive she obviously needs to reconsider her career. Our son passed away. She obviously doesn't care about the state of trauma we are in. On what planet does calling us ridiculous is that ok? My son is gone. No one can bring him back. But I can and will direct some of my frustrations on this company regarding their sales tactics and the way they try and take advantage of families that may appear to be vulnerable. Lindsey, you should be ashamed of yourself. To the owners, we expect an apology. And short of that I personally will be filing reviews so often and on so my sites you will have a difficult time keeping up. My mission is to tell everyone you're terrible.

Wommack Monument Company in Aurora Missouri provided knowledgeable and helpful information before the sale, and support after the sale that could not be beat. Even with the shipping issues caused by a worldwide pandemic, Michelle knew to within a week of when my parents stone would arrive. Having no experience with this sort of thing I had many questions, and Michelle and Paula were never anything but pleasant and helpful over the phone. When I mentioned that I had several generations of both sides of my family in that cemetery Michelle took their names and mapped their locations in the cemetery for me. The stone she helped me select is perfect, and the laser etching she recommended was exactly the right thing to set off that monument. My sincerest thanks goes out to Michelle, Paula, and all the people at Wommack involved in making their part of a very painful event in my life easier to bear.
