My husband and I recently listed and sold our house with Jill Brass. We have used several real-estate agents in the past and the quality of service we received with her far exceeds that of any other experience. During the walkthrough she recommended a few small upgrades to help us get top dollar for our home. She made a few phone calls while at the home and the same day we had contractors there with bids at a much lower than anticipated price. The upgrades were done and the home was listed within a week. She marketed our home in advance and we had people lined up to look at the home when it hit the market. We received several offers within the first few showings and it was sold in a matter of days. I couldn’t believe how low stress the experience was! She took care of everything and left nothing for me to do but show up and sign closing papers. Jill’s extensive background in new construction and preexisting homes allows her to help her clients get access to services that other real estate agents can’t always provide. I can’t say enough about this girl and her ability to get the job done.
