The Pine Lodge On Whitefish River, An Ascend Hotel Collection Mem

Pinelodge is one of the most accommodating places we have stayed. Randi and Jamie helped make our family Christmas awesome. They provide an Apres hot chocolate bar at the end of the day for guests, offer a cozy fire to cook smores on (smore supplies are provided), and complimentary gift bags. After our Christmas dinner, they even offered to wash our dishes for us. Thanks for being so great and welcoming!

My new favorite place to stay in all of the flathead valley. Jamie and Randi are great people. Very professional and welcoming. We talked for a while and they made me feel like I was a friend and not just another "paying customer". It is because of THEM that my family and I will be back for many more stays. Thank you to you both for being genuinely caring human beings. I hope to see you guys next time.

This place is simply amazing. My wife and I took a romantic getaway to Whitefish by train to see Montana in the winter. Our train was late but the shuttle driver didnt seem to mind as he was a friendly first face we saw of the town. The shuttle was clean and roomy and did very well in the snow. A short drive from the depot to the lodge, we got to go through the heart of the town and see its wonderful holiday spirit as everywhere is themed for the season. When we arrive to the lodge the front desk agent Randi was such a delight. She explained to us all the hotel and nearby surroundings had to offer. The entire staff is extremely friendly and took pride in their job and hotel. The place was spotless, warm and inviting. The lodge is next to a nature trail that is along the Whitefish River, so daily we saw some of the local wildlife. So many white-tailed deer that wander the entire town. My wife and I had such a wonderful experience at the lodge that we decided to make this our new annual winter trip. See you soon and thank you again for everything!!!
