        Marc came out to give a estimate. I guess he has a lot of work. He never replied with a quote. I know he isn't busy as I spoke to two previous employees that went with a another company because perfect flooring was keeping them busy. Would not recommend using them

        I would give this company an A+ rating!! Absolutely professional. Mike's crew were respectful and accommodating. They installed floors in 3 rooms plus 2 bathrooms. My house looks like a million bucks due to their excellent work. Mike oversaw each detail, including some repair on the stairway. I think the name of the business is spot on. I would highly recommend this business!! Service: Install flooring

        We booked an appointment to have our basement floor checked and replaced, an employee showed up and took the measurements needed and gave us quote. Unfortunately that's the first and last time we saw them after accepting the offer. No communication from their ends even if we keep sending emails and calling their company number. They gave us false hope for the schedule of actual work and we heard nothing from them. Very unprofessional and WE CERTAINLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. It's been months , very disappointing. Services: Repair flooring, Installation, Install flooring
