UPDATE: 08/28/23 - They called me and left a voice mail to let me know they were trying to create a new arrangement to make up for the difference of the one online vs the one my recipient received. I called the store back to let them know this gesture was so appreciated, but was completely not necessary. They sent an additional bouquet anyway with more of the correct flowers and colors to my recipient along with a box of chocolates and a card. This just goes to show how important customer service is to this business. They go above and beyond to make it right even when the customer says not to. That is why I have been a repeat customer for many, many years and will continue to be. Thank you for caring Roses For You! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I genuinely have had nothing but great experiences with R4Y. I just wish the picture representation vs what you receive (due to having to substitute) weren't so different. I chose the option I did for the vibrant colors of fuschia, purple and lime green. I think fuschia carnations were the only accurate flower in the product received. I 100%, absolutely understand there isn't much R4Y can do when it comes to what they have in inventory. It would be nice if there was some way, when ordering online, to know what you can expect vs the picture representation. Just more of a 2 cents than a complaint. Y'all do what you can and I appreciate that.

We have been an exhibitor at the Nebraska State Fair for 31 years and this year was the first year Roses for You was the decorator. What a great job they have done this year. Very happy with the change from previous years. Thanks so much!! Job well done!
