        I hired Happy D Klown for our neighborhood block party recently and must say, he is the best out there! His prices are affordable, He has several services and packages to choose from. Our neighborhood hired him for a bounce house, concessions, twist balloons, airbrush tattoos, mini games AND face painting. All of his staff maintained a high professionalism and kept safety a top priority to the kids and guests. His face painter does brilliant and beautiful work and she is absolutely fantastic with the kids!! (and adults). Happy D Klown and his staff had everyone at our party engaged the entire time. There was never a dull moment and everyone loved him. We will be booking him again (but this time for a private party) later on this year. I definitely recommend his services to anyone.
