The only reason I moved out of The Gramercy Residences was because I relocated out of state. Otherwise, I would've stayed there in perpetuity (unless, of course, I bought a house.) No apartment complex is perfect, but I really don't have any criticisms or negative things to say about my personal experience while living here from 2019-2022. The garage parking is underground, so it's clutch during Vegas summer months. The gym is small-ish, but has everything you'd need. These were originally going to be condos, but converted to apartments, so you never hear other tenants/their TVs and things like that unless you're out dumping your trash down the chute or passing by. It's also close to so many businesses. Sucks that the coffee shop across the parking lot closed, but, otherwise the highway is easily accessible. James is/was a great successor to Ray as far as management goes and definitely works to keep you happy, within his parameters. Would move back if I ever live in Vegas again!

Beautiful, high ceilings, loads of storage in the kitchen and balcony closet. Custom paint available for walls! Such a huge perk. Covered underground parking in the Vegas heat....life changing. Walk to Pinchis for drinks and eats

Very exclusive place, Very clean &also very expensive I love to visit my friend that lives there.
