Washing machine was leaking water on the floor, they came and inspected it for us and we found out it was just a plumbing problem. They were honest and fast and price was reasonable. I would use them again.

We outsource to EZ Fix and they have never let us down or disappointed us. Eli typically handles service requests for small appliances. He's very knowledgeable and repairs the Samsung and LG appliances that other repairmen always have trouble fixing. We've used a few different companies in the past and it's been two years now with EZ Fix and we are happy with the results for each and every job we give to them. So here is my experience.... i called to see if they could help replace my dryer door. Im on the phone with a guy & i am confirming with my wife about the service call fee & to see when she wanted them to come out & the guy hung up on me. So Ez Fix Appliance i have a$700 budget to fix this & you unfortunately wont see a penny of it. Thats just BAD business in my book. I was ready with cash in hand.......
