Last 3 times Ive been there they keep forgetting to put my coupons in annoying to remind them every time I get there love the service cleaning for my stuff just the staff needs to pay attention little bad attitude sometimes I understand its a business but my service is not being done for free

So I received a coupon for 50% off wash and fold. We took 9 blankets to this Tide store. Judging from the weight of the blankets, I was figuring $30 to $50 for the cost. I dropped the blankets off, the Tide worker took them, and then added the wash and fold coupon on my account. When we went to pick up the blankets, they tried to charge us $177. I refused to pay that much. They had charged for dry cleaning instead of wash and fold. Went to speak to the manager Mario and he said he couldn't do anything except put the 50% off coupon on there. Still unacceptable, this was not our mistake, it was theirs. If they couldn't do wash and fold on blankets, then they should of told us and we would of went to the laundromat. Went back up there and had to take my wife before we finally got him to take action. This was ridiculous and we will not go there again.
