Very warm and welcoming environment from the beginning. The onboarding process went smoothly, Devon walked me through the specifications of the job. I have received guidance from the lead BCBA Ms. Shabnam pointing me in the right direction to get RBT certified. The training process was very thorough and properly prepares staff for in home services answering all my questions. This company is growing and there is room for growth for individuals who are willing. The pay is competitive while they offer 401k and insurance benefits. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing the growth of your clients. The joy you can bring to your clients world giving them coping strategies ends your day with a wholesome feeling.

Make your own schedule , good with communicating and trying to help as much as possible. If you work other jobs I think this is a good job to make a extra few dollars. I started in Feb I havent had any issues.

I would recommend Roman Empire Living Skills to those in need of their services. They have been helping many individuals that are in need of the specialized services they offer. Yes there will be those saying they are the worst, but those are individuals who dont want to be helped. The case workers are doing their job in making sure the individuals are doing what they are suppose be doing. This is one of many services this company does. They do have well educated workers; and their working ethics are great.
