        I schedule this company to pick up my vehicle yesterday. The guy answers the phone tells me it will be 75 dollars. Then he muttered cash only. I said Im not at either location. I can pay with a card over the phone. He says ok that 85. Naturally I said yes. It was important to get my vehicle out of this persons place of business. He told me he would be there in an hour and a half latest. I said, ok. This all happened around 11am. I get a call from the owner of the location, he says my vehicle was still there, saying no one showed and he is closing at 5pm. Luckily I was able to get another company over in 15 mins. Stay away from this company. No communication, and seems like only wants cash, my hunch is bc they dont pay taxes. If I could give them less stars I would. To give reference to this review, I have never felt the need to leave a poor review, no matter how bad of service I had received in the past. Bottom line totally unprofessional.
