        HOA needs to stop neighbors from playing loud music where we can hear it a block away inside rooms with windows shut, these people play their music so loud they interupt sleep, I have called the Sheriff and they want me to file a complaint. BS the HOA needs to put in regs about loud music past 9 PM!

        selective enforcement of rules against certain homeowners and financial mismanagement. Update: let's blame the prior administration for the problem and increase the dues by 33% for 2023

        It's an HOA. They're doing their job. There will always be homeowners unhappy with their HOA. It's one of the lowest HOA fees in the area and some people still complain.
