Awful. Awful.Awful. I assume it was the Mgr why was leaning against the wall behind the front line staff (who were great btw) and stuck his nose into it I was returning a bunch of boxes because comcast chat, while trying to be helpful, wasn't. Mr Mgr said, I'm not trying to be rude but oh, yes, bro, you were, and my name was on the account , and you told me you had no idea what equipment I had even though you could pull up my chat records. I pointed to the swipe box and said that's the size of the box I need to replace and wow, he found one. Comcast, I manage ppl and I would fire him in a hot second. You deserve your reputation

Went into the store to help switching service providers..nevermind now..the woman at the desk with multi colored hair was rude and not helpful at all. She kept cutting me off when i was speaking and her tone was uncalled for. I told her that i talked to an online support about how they mentioned that i didnt need to waste $50 and have someone come out to set up the modem and they were able to turn it on from their end. Then her response was basically "im useless and anything you can do at home is all i can do here". I was really just there for a modem/router so i can get it activated today. Ive had xfinity in the past and their customer clearly hasnt changed at all in the 3 years since. Changed my mind about switching to them.

The phone automated service was absolutely the worse I have ever encountered.

I am paying about $100 for 100meg downloads, which is more than even other people I know pay for this. There's also times where the connection lags horribly.
