        Bruce was great to work with! He was very responsive, on-time the day of our inspection, knowledgeable and took his time walking us through the inspection of our home.         I found Scout Home Inspections after a quick google search. Looking to buy a home in Windham I needed it inspected ASAP & Bruce came to the rescue. Honestly Bruce was so kind, efficient, and beyond thorough. This is going to be my first home and Bruce took the time to walk me through EVERYTHING during the inspection. The report that he generates after inspection is more detailed than a user manual! Bruce also gave me a first time home owners discount to buy a pizzaha! Along with the inspection he did Well Water test & Air Radon test - results were back within 2 days. HIGHLY recommend Bruce! Thank you so very much for making this hectic experience a little less hectic!
