I contacted John in hopes of getting our 3 stage Wine Enthusiast wine cooler repaired or diagnosed. He did some research and ascertained that the Unit was one of the first manufactured by them and that the thermoelectric parts were sourced from China, and no longer available. John took the time to do this without having to come out for a service call that saved me lots of money. His efforts were very much appreciated and additionally he provided contact names and numbers at Wine Enthusiast that I can network for purchasing a new Unit. Thanks much John. If our Trane AC or heating system ever needs servicing, I know who to call.

John and his team are life savers for my family. Our carbon monoxide detectors went off in the early morning. After the fire department said it was my furnace. I called John he had Dalton at my house quickly with a new one ready to install. Great service! You guys rock! Thank you for taking care of my family.

We used temp by design to assess and give us a quote on our furnace. They came out very quickly, addressed all our concerns, and made the whole process seamless and approachable. They were excellent and we will use them for all our heating and cooling needs in the future.

I called Temperature by Design to set up an appointment to have my Fall service performed on my furnace. Dalton, the service technician, came by and took care of the PM. He reviewed the work performed with me and provided an overall assessment of the condition of my furnace. Dalton is a first class act. He's such a pleasant young man - always respectful, polite and friendly. I'll look forward to calling Temp by Design in the future and having Dalton perform our service in the Soring or sooner if the need arises. Service: HVAC system maintenance

John and his Team were wonderful! We had an AC unit blow in the middle of a heat wave and expected a long wait time for any repair. He was there that afternoon and took care of the issue. He had the parts on hand and had us back up and running in no time. The quality of work, speed of response and quality of the repair work was above what we expected.
