        Some woman who works there is a real weirdo. Avoid the people who run that place at all costs!!! And the food trucks left.

        I was the first resident to move into this building when it first opened. Mariana is amazing. Exposed brick, brand new appliances and a WALK IN shower!? Amazing! Gym and laundry on site. Fenced in dog area, and a FOOD truck in the parking lot! (SOOO good!) also outdoor sitting areas and all tenants are super friendly. Never have trouble finding parking or noisy neighbors. Huge mill windows with great natural light. Sad to be moving from this apartment and if I wasnt moving out of state Id stay as long as I can. Thank you Mariana and The Factory team for a wonderful experience!

        Awesome new community! Spacious studio apartments and new ammenities. The food truck patio is looking great! I can't wait for summertime events!! Pet friendly too!
