I came here a few weeks ago and the sign said open but the door was locked. I called the # and they said they were making a delivery and would be back in 10 minutes. Almost 20 minutes later they arrived. Flowers were good and lasted a while but I don't know if I'll be going back

Magic world of roses made a beautiful spray for my mother memorial on March 9th 2024 and I truly appreciate their work and their kindness I give them a 10 stars

Disappointed a little in the quality/value and a lot in the customer service. $128 for 2 dozen roses in glass vase so kind of pricey but yet flowers are of average quality and a few have signs of being a bit old which I wouldnt expect for this price. Arrangement was very nice though so got a star for that. Second issue was customer service - they said I would get the same 10% off coming in person as I would get online but then when paying said sorry they couldnt put the discount in the system when I was already there so basically had no choice but pay full price to get the flowers. Wouldnt let me change from cash to credit either - again because already in the system as cash sale What? Sorry but will not be back.
