I had to sell my mother’s house after 40+ years. Due to her deteriorating health . Moving the elderly after that long is hard enough. I came across Halo Homebuyers any was very skeptical at first. Then I connected with - Jonathan Faccone, I was impressed immediately with his empathy and experience with these type of situations. He came to the home spent a long time not just looking at the house but getting to know my mom and myself. I could go on forever about the many important things he did to ensure my mom was happy and I was not stressed out since I was handling the deal. He promised from day one he would make this an easy painless process and he delivered! Everything went perfect quickly and turned out exactly as he stated. There was no hidden agenda. I would highly recommend this company and Jon to anyone in my family or my friends. Thank you Halo for all you have done and being honest and straightforward!

I highly recommend Halo Homebuyers!! I dealt with Jon. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and super pleasant. This was my first time going thru the process of selling a house and he made everything so easy and convenient. I didn't need a lawyer or anything. He was very open, honest and reliable. Halo Homebuyers has been an amazing company and group of people to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone needing to sell a home quickly. We found ourselves having to quickly move from our property after harassment from a neighbor began to threaten our children. We did not have the time or trust that we would be able to work with a realtor and not have anything traumatic happen with the harassing neighbor. We were also struggling to find a company that we felt was legitimate or that was able to make a feasible offer on our home. Jon reached out to me in the middle of contacting six different companies and I was surprised and very happy with his kind demeanor, his willingness to answer every question, and the amazing number of reviews online that gave me the confidence that this company was legitimate. As the sale of the house progressed I was even more amazed with their willingness and ability to assure that the required inspections were successful, that we could leave with minimal effort/disruption to our lives, and that they would offer enough to put us in the position that we needed to be in to move on with our lives. Jon and everyone involved with Halo Homebuyers were wonderful to work with and respectful and helpful every step of the way.

My dad passed & left us this family house, unfortunately it was sort of a cross between the Munsters & the Addams family. ( It needs a ton of work) you can't just sell a house anymore there are all sorts of city codes and a pile of red tape, Jonathan from Halo was a godsend he is there to answer any questions and explain EVERYTHING, He has gone way above and beyond to make this as painless as possible. thank you sir you are a saint I guess that's where you got the company name from. 😅
