The staff is very nice however if I'm honest they're only good for billing you an enormous amount of money and cleanings. I will not allow them to do anything else. I had 2 bad experiences got a filling from 2 different doctors one nearly cut my tongue the other chip my tooth after just 2 weeks my filling & tooth came out. I think their aim is to do a terrible job just for you to keep coming back so they can bill you (more money for them). I'm disappointed that I have to change dentist but their work is terrible.

Best dental clinic in town. Omnia my treatment coordinator was excellent. She did a great job explaining the treatment process. She made me feel at ease. I would recommend this place for all your dental needs.

So many problems. I really tried staying with this office but the issues just piled up. I'll name my top 5 complaints. 1) They do dental procedures without your consent and without knowing first if insurance will cover them. On numerous occasions, I'd suddenly be charged with something I didn't ask for and they'd say insurance only covered so much. I had to finally insist that all procedures be checked with my insurance first so that I know the amount before I agree to anything. 2) They push hard for Invisalign but aren't expert at orthodontic issues. After paying $5,000 for Invisalign, I'm not happy with the alignment of my teeth and wish I had gone elsewhere for teeth straightening services. 3) They can be a little shamey about teeth. I have periodontal disease. The hygienists have often tried to guilt me into taking better care of my teeth when I do indeed try very hard (I pay them for 3 to 4 cleanings a year!). Another time, Dr. Azar told me after my Invisalign that I look so much better and that she cringes over crowded teeth. Who wants to go to a dentist who judges people's crowded or imperfect teeth? 4) They push for xrays when it's not needed. I have a thyroid disease and try to avoid xrays as much as I can. They regularly pushed for xrays and I had to argue hard them. 5) They will cancel your appointment if you don't confirm and then not even contact you to tell you it is cancelled. I admit I'm not great at confirming appointments, but I would expect to be contacted if my appointment was given away. I secured childcare and utterly wasted my time. And they did not think there was anything wrong with this practice of theirs. I've decided to move to a different office and suggest you look elsewhere, too.
