At the beginning of my house search, I obtained pre-approval from an internet lender before being recommended to get a quote from Scott and I was very glad I did! From the first phone call, Scott was very open and honest. Scott explained every step in the process, the expectations on the buyers and sellers side, as well as rough timelines and estimates that eventually lead to an acceptable closing disclosure. I could not be happier with the approach from Scott and his team. Of course there are bumps and wrinkles to figure out with every house sale, however at no point did I have any communication issues or feel like the purchase was at risk. Financially, the offer and commitment Scott made was very competitive versus all the other lenders I spoke to. Without going into specifics, I was pleasantly surprised when Scott explained what he was offering versus the pre-approval I had obtained from the internet lender. It was clear that Scott and his team were offering significantly better terms. In the end there were no surprises and our house closed on time and in budget. We really couldn't be happier. If you are considering a house purchase I would highly recommend a call with Scott. He saved me a considerable amount of time, effort and money. Highly recommended!
