Horrible experience! I was misled that garage door could not be repaired and sold a new door for$2,000. I called 2 other companies and garage door could be repaired for under $500. It was a replacement door of the exact make and model Sears door installed 5 years ago but being charged again for existing hardware. Then I was told due to coronavirus, door would take over 8 weeks, likely 10-12. I cancelled order and was told my credit card would be recredited. Five days later it has not and all I am getting is endless voicemail boxes and a runaround. I always trusted the Sears name. No longer! Avoid at all costs.

Jaden was prompt, professional, friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. If we need further assistance with our garage door system I would request to have him again. He's a trustworthy credit to both Sears and the customer.
