The roach infestation is too much here. My up stairs neighbors fight at 3 am crying and screaming almost every night since I have moved in. The upstairs neighbors throw trash and pee everywhere. Im dealing with the loss of a parent and I wanted peace, I haven got much peace here. The only positive is this place is real close to 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu.. located 3206 San Mateo Blvd 87110 best No-Gi Jiu Jitsu in NM.

!!!!WARNING!!! Be prepared to be disrespected on all levels for no reason by Kaylee the office girl. Ridiculous and unprofessional management. Trust me this place is not worth your sanity.

The management staff is by far the most disgusting people I've dealt with in my life. I've lived here almost two years and when it comes to dealing with any type of maintenance to be done, it is lethargic, at best...a leak in the bathroom ceiling was remedied by cutting a 36"x12" hole out to dry and not patching it up for 8 months...an order on a leaky kitchen faucet n clogged kitchen pipes was being ignored until I had an outside source fix it...then when I gave them the invoice they said not their responsibility then cut another hole in our bathroom wall to fix a leak for another unit behind our kitchen wall... i want to leave but I'm afraid they'll steal my ERA that was awarded to me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! AMC: CHECK YOUR MANAGEMENT STAFF!! THEY'RE PUTRID, AT BEST...

I dont even live here and I cant get ahold of anyone from the office! I was interested in an available unit but no one will get back to me. For the last couple of weeks I have left a dozen voicemails sent a bunch of emails and nothing!! Im super frustrated with this place, totally lost interest.
