WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE experience EVER! Employees were super rude and snobbish! Made me feel incredibly unwelcome and judged. I literally had to say excuse me 4 times before one girl rolled her eyes at me and responded "what?" Then when I asked of I could be color matched for Fenty Beauty's PRO FILT'R HYDRATING LONGWEAR FOUNDATION she looked at me like I was speaking a different language and said no that she couldn't. Maybe because of Covid. Idk. So I said ok then can I get a sample of shades 120 and 150 so I could see which one matched my skin tone better. She again told me no and said I can only sample 1 of them and which one did I think would match. Seriously? That's literally what I was trying to figure out! After going back and forth in my head with the colors I decided to go with 150, so I handed her the shade and went to put the other one back. When I came back she handed me the "sample" that seriously had a drop in it, it didn't even cover the bottom of the tiny little container. When I asked if she could please just add 1 pump so I could spot test it on different areas of my face she said "why? That's good enough." in the most rude and condescending tone.By now I was ridiculously frustrated and utterly defeated, so I said nevermind. I ended up just putting the rest of my items I was planning on purchasing back and placed the sample on the sales counter and left. I went straight to Ulta and got EVERYTHING I needed, including the shade that matched MY skin tone. More importantly, I was treated with RESPECT and like a human being instead of an inconvenience. I will NEVER spend another penny at Sephora. EVER.

Terrible customer service had a worker look me up and down looking at a product and said it's "expensive" and suggested a cheaper product better off ordering online than dealing with people like them.

I did not enjoy my shopping experience here. I was inside JC Pennys when I spotted the ad for a Cologne I wanted to try so I made my way into Sephora. I was greeted by the associate that worked the counter but I could tell it was forced and my presence was a burden to her since I interrupted the conversation she was having with a friend. I asked about the item I was interested in and didnt get any real interaction from the associate other than telling me that the testers were all self serve and to sanitize my hands before I touched each bottle. I tried the one I wanted and left. I will make the purchase at another store for sure. The associates at Dillards are far more helpful and outgoing. This store is staffed by a young self absorbed girls that have no business in a service industry. I buy a lot of perfume and Cologne too bad I wasnt cool enough to get the staffs attention. Oh well.

There are testers. But dont test the testers. -obviously-.. Wait, what? Why are there testers then? And nothing posted to not use them? Cool, embarrassed by a rude employee because of their lack of communication to customers. Ew.
