Gonstead Physical Medicine

I am so thankful my friend Martha recommended Gonstead. I was in so much pain, and going to my previous chiropractor was not helping at all for pain in my neck/shoulders/arms/hands/back. After my first adjustment and physical therapy session, I knew that they were going to help me and I was going to feel better. They set up a plan for me and it also included dry needling and massage. I went from being in pain 100% of the time to now being almost pain free. Dr. Brianne and her team are AWESOME! I can't thank them enough for everything they have done for me and my overall health. Keep up the OUTSTANDING work you all are doing!

I have been seeing Dr. Tony at Gonstead Family Chiropractic for over 3 years. I have monthly appts to keep body working optimally. I recently began to have problems with my right hip and weakened muscles due to hip replacement surgery. Dr. Tony recommended physical therapy. I worked with his team of Jade, Jeff and Mason for 14 weeks, 2 times each week to strengthen my hip abductors and adductors as well as my glutes. I was happy with the program they put together for me. The results were excellent! With their coaching and exercises, I was able to spend 3 weeks this summer hiking in Glacier National Park without any issues. They also provided me with exercises I could do on the road while traveling. I have been extremely satisfied with Dr. Tony and his team at Gonstead. I highly recommend them!!

I had back pain for years and just thought it was part of getting older. After having it affect my gym workouts and life in general I decided on going to Gonstead for treatment. I could not believe how much it helped! I not only had an adjustment regimen I did their physical therapy rehab program and it completely changed me! I no longer have back pain and I move and feel at least 10 years younger! I wish I had done this years ago. Dr. Tony and the entire staff are amazing also!

Moving back to my hm State of NM...I was looking for a Good...Chiropractic care due to my chronic Sciatica nerve root compression, muscle spasm of my back & bugle Disc etc...I Have had good care in the past 6yrs in another state going to the best I knew of.. I had two Epidural steroid injection before my move a yr ago. To help me relieve Pain.... Due to the COVID situation & the big move back to NM. I was way..behind on any treatment and concerned for my Spinal Health. I am Soo Grateful for my sons referral to GONSTEAD Physical Med. I did have to wait about a month to see Dr Anthony as a new patient. Believe me it has been more then..worth the wait. I have been so Impressed with my care! Dr Toni you are the best ever!! you really took the time to go over my history even asked to see my last MRI and most of all listened to my desire to get better. The most professional facilities I've ever been too. Amazing Staff! The Physical Therapy is the BEST I have ever had and I have had my share! I feel the treatments with such detailed isometric, therapeutic care is REALLY helping to strengthen me in many ways. not only my back, my mind, knowing there hope for a better quality of LIFE. And the massages that are also part of my treatment...The Best! So Ever Thankful to all of you, Kathleen Collett
