        I have lived at Waterford apartments for many years. Kristopher Garcia, the office manager, and Mark, the maintenance manager are very professional and friendly. Upon moving out, my security deposit has been credited to my account according to the terms of the lease. This apartment complex is very highly recommended.

        My family and I have been living here for over 2 years now and it is a very calm and quiet neighborhood. Great price for any apartment size you get, but we especially love the townhomes. Management is helpful and friendly. Maintenance is great and attentive ! Coziest place we’ve lived at yet, highly recommend
