This is the worse dental place I have ever been to. This is my 2nd time here with my husbands and it gets worse every time we come. Maybe they dont like Asian people. The staff are RUDE. Not friendly at all. They dont greet patients with a hello and good bye. They are not informative with what they are doing to you. They just do it and tell you its done WITHOUT informing you what they have done to you. We had to ask for our next appointment it in writing when they knew we had to come back. I canceled my appointment and my daughters. They whole place is very unprofessional.

I would not even give it 1 star. My son was to get antibiotic and was told 1 would be sent in on 4/ 27. Nothing was phoned in as of 4/28, I called x6 and spoke with 2 different women and both said it was bing called in then. 11/2 hours later, not called in and then I was told they weren't calling it in after all this. Really? They said my son was rude to md, okay so you basically lied to us x3 on phone and said script was being called in. So who is rude here? Don't waste your time as we did with wilson dental or dr ? Assisi For someone who has severe ptsd and told dentist that when it comes to dental work and then not give abx to prevent sepsis?

When I went it was very busy that day.. I also had my teeth removed and they couldn't give me any more then certain amount of pain medicine and I have a bit of a range of pain level I couldn't have the gas due to other medical issues... But the staff members and dentist did a great job on keeping me calm and talk to me through it.. very nice people ... Very helpful on making sure I had enough gauze and packing before I left I had a long trip and it was very bumpy LOL ... Sherburne to Binghamton ( via versa)
