        Horrible do not know how to do their job ,horrible customer service.i went in to take advantage of a promotion and I wanted to pay my balence ,instead of the representative telling me, I have to wait for the bill to generaite first ,so that the promotion can be applied ,he took the payment . When I went back to store after the 3rd time the representative that I did all this with was finally their ,so when I approached him to let him know and so he could refund me the items since promotion did not go threw he was mad about the money he lost out on and at me . When I was the one who was going threw 2 weeks of back and forth . Dont recommend this store at all . I even went to another t-mobile store on Coney island and avenue M and they even had customers and also worked their before and said they are the worst t-mobile store in the neighborhood
