When we decided it was time to redesign and update our website I looked at and got bids from several companies. I found Big Apple Media on LinkedIn; I really liked the aesthetic of the work in the portfolio and set up a phone meeting with Gene. By the time Gene and I talked, he had spent time on our site and not only identified every single item I didnt like about our site, but he made suggestions I had not considered and offered insight into how to best optimize our site. Genes communication, service, and understanding of what we were looking for were excellent. He built us the site of our dreams-we are beyond thrilled.

Not only is his turnaround time very quick, but he has great insight into SEO, content strategy, and design. I appreciated how organized the whole process was and the system of tracking changes and versions was very easy to follow. He's an expert in WordPress and creates great training tutorials. Gene also offers hosting services. The cost is competitive and the service is an A+.
