Amazing service. Needed coil cleaned because it was ice cold and couldn't get hot water. They were able to squeeze me in the same day before the temperature dropped during the weekend. The technician was overly communicative during the entire process, and 100% ensured that I was happy with the service, and checked every faucet in the house. I will be using them from now on for all my upcoming plumbing needs!

Tri-state is absolutely AMAZING!! We had another company come first to try and fix our hot water problem and we wasted money and had no luck, still had cool water. From the initial phone call, they new their stuff!! Kevin puts so much genuine care into what he does and me and my family couldn’t be happier with the results! We finally have hot water again! He is so professional, knowledgeable, and has a great personality!! He will be “our guy” for any hot water needs from this point on. We couldn’t be more thankful.

If you are looking for a company of professionals who care about your issues and go above and beyond look no further. A company that has such a high standard of quality of service, customer service, knowledge, and professionalism is extremely hard to come by these days but Kevin and his team at Tri State Hot Water have exemplified and exceeded these qualities. Kevin took time out of his evening to help me with an issue I was having with my boiler, he went above and beyond and truly cared about resolving my issue that has been going on for two plus years. I know that their goal was properly resolving my issues and not chasing a quick buck like many other companies these days do. There are a ton of positive things I can say about Tri State Hot Water but most of all I have already recommended them to family and friends. Do not hesitate to call Tri State Hot Water you will not regret it!!
