I joined Mr. Lichtenstein's team back in 2009 and I have worked for him since that time. Not only is it an amazing place to work, but Mr. Lichtenstein is a very knowledgeable attorney in his field. He takes on difficult cases that most other attorneys shy away from. He is able to take on a different perspective and approach to difficult cases that I think most attorneys are unable to see, which allows him to make a particularly hard case that most would think as a "no win case" and turn it into a winning case. Mr. Lichtenstein and his team work hard on all their cases. I know a reviewer commented on how Mr. Lichtenstein took their money and ran, but that is absolutely not possible. All of Mr. Lichtenstein's cases are taken on a contingency basis, so there is no risk to client in pursing their case with him. Mr. Lichtenstein takes on all the risk by paying for all the expenses and fees involved in the case. Mr. Lichtenstein doesn't receive any amount of money unless he wins the case, and the amount he receives is based on a state mandated percentage, so he only takes what he is legally allowed to take. I have given over a decade of my life working for Mr. Lichtenstein and helping him help many clients obtain justice for medically negligent acts committed against them. Mr. Lichtenstein fights for his clients.
