I booked a parking space in this garage on the Spot H app. When I arrived, a staff member of Indian stood at the door and chatted with passers-by and he told me that they only accept walk in, dont accept reservation. When I felt surprise and asked him why I could book your parking space on the app, he was very impatient and in a bad manner shoutedgoing to park in another parking lot on the next street.

Do not park here. Rude and unprofessional staff. From my experience they do not know how to use smart key. So they couldnt move my car after I left my car. And when I come back they blocked my car and request $50 extra pay only by cash. I payed $33 online and extra $50 for the staff pocket money for 3 hours. Disgusting and waisting my time.
