We scheduled a home inspection with radon and pest along with a level 2 chimney inspection. We received our inspection reports timely and they were pretty thorough with photos and comments for each issue. I would still highly recommend attending the full inspection so you can walk around with the inspector to fully understand and ask questions. Ken had no problem with this and never made us feel bad for anything we asked about. It's also really helpful that the company has sister companies and recommendations for things like mold and asbestos.
