        Had our home built by Stanley Martin and closed in January. We have been waiting 9 months for repairs promised at closing. We are totally frustrated by the lack of concern, professionalism, and customer service. We are on our 3rd site manager who has been ignoring us. Make it right Stanley Martin. Its laughable that you could be called builder of the year.

        Unfortunately, our experience has not been very positive. Repairs that were supposed to be completed by closing were not done. 2 month warranty repairs are mostly still not done 9 months later. Not great value for money and quality is quite poor in many cases.
