We had little issue with the home after the purchase which we were told at our walk through that would be fixed. Unfortunately the project manager left and the builder employees were hard to work with to get these issues resolved. They also installed very bad quality of turf in our lot and 2 different types of turf on our lot which we can see a clear line showing the 2 different types of turf but they denied it and said that landscaping is not under warranty. Not to say that because of the bad quality of the sod it’s been a challenge to keep it looking good, we can tell the difference in quality compare to our neighbor and the Builder has been harassing us to keep up with our grass, sending us letter and taking picture of our home even if all is clean, they keep coming. We feel violated and it’s invasive. They also finished our driveway really badly which bump the bumper of every cars regardless the size coming in and out the driveway and they refuse to change it. So, it’s been a disappointment for us on that level. The homes are good but don’t expect great support and service from the builder if you have any issues.
