They can make a few improvements but not bad. Clean sheets and pillows. The front desk supplies as much pillows and blankets that you need.

When were going to stay here when we came to visit family. My wife wanted to see the room before we payed. My wife stated, "I'm not staying here". The employee said, " I wouldn't either". We found another hotel.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. I checked-in on a Saturday evening and the young lady at the desk was very nice.

The worst hotel. 1- smell in halls 2-trash bin filled by our room at night and when we left 3- everything thing in the room was broken doors won’t close hanging in by a screw 4 no closet door at all 5 light fixtures covers broken 6 alarm hanging 7 holes in the wall 8 no iron 9 pull out bed was like sleeping on springs 10 stove was dirty 11 queen bed mattress sunk in 11 they had no drinks or vending machines Drive 5 hrs to get to that area for a college tour for our daughter and the experience on night one was horrible

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The only nice thing was the staff apologizing for our issues. The exteriors of the building and check in area is nice, but quickly went downhill from there. As soon as we walked into the room, the carpets were stained and dirty, there was mold under the shower mat, pieces of the floor were missing leaving sharp metal edges in the kitchen, there was what looked like blood splattered on the wall, mold under the sink, and infestation of ants in the kitchen. This is not even the entire list. The beds seemed clean which was a plus. When we told them about the ants, they said they were sorry and gave us ant killer to take care of it, they didn't come to rectify the issue. They told us they were sorry for the other issues and they would come provide house keeping services, but this would not have fixed the issues. This place is VERY disgusting and I am VERY disappointed.
