        No employee contact, overall, can't get the job done, all pictures are stolen

        I called and asked about a possible repair on a piece of furniture. The person said "Can you eMail some pictures?". So I sent several photos with dimensions and a further explanation of what I needed done. Silence. One week later, I sent a follow-up ... "Did you receive the pictures?" Silence. Now two weeks later - silence. Either this place is out of business or wants to be.
