This was a wonderful company to work with! Great quality and great service. They were one of the few companies we have worked with for house updates (even pre-pandemic) that actually did what they said they would do WHEN they said they would do it. Highly Recommend!

Everyone went over and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my shades. I had every single outdated shade removed and new, beautiful ones installed. I'm so thankful to Roxane for her patience and guidance throughout the entire process. Installation was a breeze - they arrived when they said they would and left quietly while I finished working from home. Thank you MTS LN!

This is a review of Made in The Shade, when I did not even have them repair my shades! I know this is weird, but customer service matters. And they are top-notch. From my first phone call to Roxane to my consultation with Todd, they were so kind and helpful. They listened and tried to help with my broken shades. Turns out, I needed to use another service provider but I would recommend Made in the Shade, specifically, Todd and Roxane, to anyone. They treated me so well-- and were able to get me an appointment the very next day-- after listening to my troubles. Thank you, Todd and Roxane. Thank you for taking time and helping me make the best decision and for helping me save money and time.

We met Roxane from a neighbor recommendation and we’re glad we did! We love our new window shades! Roxane provided excellent customer service and a great price! Can’t recommend Made in the Shade Lake Norman enough!
