        SFC Diaz was awesome with putting my mind at ease. My daughter is enlisting and she wasn't on board with the ship date they were offering at MEPS. SFC Diaz was a sympathetic listener and used EXCELLENT conflict resolution. For a mom, that goes a long ways!
