Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service

Called Roto Rooter and they promptly gave me an appointment within 2 business days. On that date Ben of Roto Rooter came out promptly. Explained the costs of all I needed after he carefully assessed each plumbing need I had called about. He checked each item carefully. He also told me what I did not need, which is to his credit and he and his company's honesty. When I decided what I needed done that very day, he promptly set about getting all the needed parts and solved my problem. Hen there was a small glitch, he got thevothercpart and all was completed that day. As you know many service folks do not actually show up, they are not always wanting to stay with their quote especiallybif there is a glitch, small or not. So my impression is this is an honest and efficient company. Also Ben is very careful to explain so a laypetson can understand and makes one feel confident he is someone who can be trusted. One thing I need I did not get done yet because the machine needed was out for repairs. But if I choose to get it done with RotoRooter, I am confident they will get the job done. And done well and quickly.

Had an issue with our plumbing. Called Roto Rooter they showed up the same day. Ben figured out the issue very quickly and went to work to resolve the issue. Everything is working great thanks to Ben. I will use this company again.
